Minimum 2 night stay and maximum 2 person per room.

FOR LONGER THAN 4 night stays please message me prior to booking as I might be able to offer a discount.

Kildonan is a quiet wee hamlet 12 miles NW of Portree. Seaward BnB is set in its own croft land and has spectacular sea views at the front, with wildlife in abundance. The hills of Harris/Lewis and the local Uig Ferry can be seen on a clear day and wildlife aplenty.

There are TWO rooms (both en suite) available to book:

Unfortunately the property is not suitable for wheelchair users.

Single occupancy might be possible at previously agreed reduced rate if a room is available. Please message or email first before booking for room rate and availability, same goes for more than 4 night stays.

Youngsters: Not suitable for under 12 years.

Dogs: Sorry but no dogs at this time.

Seaward BnB has a NO SMOKING/VAPING policy anywhere in the property/garden/croft.

Check in : 4pm-7:30pm. (Later by prior agreement). Check Out: By 10:00am
